Report cards can be a hefty task, I get it. They’re an important task, but they are one extra thing and most teachers I talk to say that grading, filling in grades to a report card system, and especially writing report card comments takes them 3, 4, or even 5 hours to do. Whether you're working on report cards into the seriously early hours of the morning - I’m talking 1 or 2 AM and then going into work absolutely exhausted - or you're saving them until the very last minute... I totally get it because this WAS me. And honestly, I just thought that’s how it was for teachers, right?
